GAME INFORMATION:

TEKK NETS - For those mini team using Tekk nets, please do not collapse the frame completely and do not remove the nets. Please ensure the Tekk nets are returned in the same condition as those in the clubhouse.

IMPORTANT NOTE  - All home games proceed as scheduled unless you are notified by a club representative that your game has been cancelled.

HEALTH AND SAFETY - To ensure that we are all doing our part to minimize the spread of the flu, we ask your support to ensure that our Guildford Athletic Club players are following these practices:

New 'handshake' at the end of the game -
Rather than touch hands at the end of the games we would like to see our players gently touch elbows or clap for the other team and    they    walk by and acknowledge each other to show good sportsmanship.

   New 'half-time' snack -
Rather than having all of the players reaching into the same container of oranges we would like to suggest:
   1. Individual portions
   2. Orange juice drink boxes
   3. No snack at all

   Properly labeled water bottles -
Please ensure all water bottles are labeled with the players names and that players are not sharing water bottles.
These simple    precautions should help minimize unneccesary contact.

IMPORTANT DUE DATES:

August 2010 - Risk Management Forms are due for all coaches, assistant coaches and team managers. See above for details.
