Games are held every weekend starting September 13–14.
Players must arrive 30 minutes before kickoff for warm-ups and team preparation.
Weekly schedules (game time and location) will be provided by your Coach or Manager by Thursday each week.
Games are played rain or shine, unless fields are closed due to unsafe conditions.
Uniforms will be distributed at your first training session.
Players must wear their full kit (jersey, shorts, socks, shin guards) for games and proper attire and shin guards for practices.
Every player will be contacted directly by their team’s Coach, Manager, or Age Group Coordinator with full details.
Please notify your team staff if your child will be absent from a game or training session.
Each team requires at least one Coach and one Manager.
Additional volunteers are encouraged to help lighten the load.
Guildford Athletic Club provides support and training for all volunteers.
We are a family club. Sportsmanship, respect, and positive support are expected from all players, parents, and spectators.
Only team staff are allowed on the playing surface during practices and games.
Criticism of referees will not be tolerated. Many are young and learning the game.
We operate using a flexible game model, meaning players may be asked to help other teams on game day to ensure all players get maximum playing time.
We look forward to another fantastic season of soccer at Guildford Athletic Club. Thank you for being part of the GAC family! ⚽💙
